4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications; 1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
2. Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

JOB DETAILS: We are looking for a hardworking and responsible individual to provide supervision and direction to the direct sales representatives and support them in achieving their goals in line with their score cards in order to achieve the New business strategy.
Key Responsibilities include; 1. Supervise and direct DSRs to improve productivity and achieve set targets.
2. Acquire new business through the DSR channel in order to grow the balance sheet.
3. Carry out coaching sessions with staff to ensure consistency in application of assessment standards.
4. Conduct regular performance appraisals for direct reports.
5. Identify opportunities for cross-selling interactions.
6. Increase customer retention by engaging customers
7. Support Relationship managers with customer research for business growth and customer value chain analysis for problem resolution.
8. Drive policy adherence i.e., Adhere to policies including escalation and compliance requirements and follow any other relevant internal controls and procedures as they relate to process, products, policies, and regulation.
