Recruitment Assistant responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you will help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.

This role is part time and payments are based on assignments.
Key Responsibilities• Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties
• Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
• Helping with initial applicant screening
• Prepare and proof read recruitment reports.
Other Responsibilities• Coordinate hiring activities
• Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
• Prepare and post job ads online
• Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
• Greet and assist interviewees onsite
• Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
• Process background checks
• Maintain candidate database
• Handle records and paperwork
• Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Requirements and skills• Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role

We are looking for an energetic Wedding Planner to help our clients achieve their ultimate wedding experience. You will be in close contact with the clients for planning a wedding of their dreams. From deciding on a theme to managing all the wedding preparations, you will be responsible for handling all the activities with ease.
You will be coordinating with the bridal couple to identify their requirements and suggest creative ideas and inspirations accordingly. You will also be liaising with the vendors to source the required materials. Besides, you should be able to handle all transportation and logistics activities diligently. You should be able to maintain a calendar with all the wedding schedules and accordingly provide a timeline.
Your other responsibilities include monitoring on-site activities, reviewing wedding expenses and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
