Job Title: Manager-Regional Sales
Reporting to: Regional Commercial Head
Dotted Reporting line: Chief Commercial Officer

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job To promote and strengthen MoMo operations management in the assigned regions. Lead all MoMo activities/plans in the assigned regions (MoMopay, Corporate Business, Agent Operations management/Digital distribution etc.) and come up with strategies to grow MoMo revenues and market share.
Contribute towards MoMo way of work by suggesting and devising better ways of execution through continuous improvement, collaboration with respective departments ( Fintech & Teleco), to achieve expected business objectives. Find expedient ways to drive business growth by delivering the MoMo business timeously; thus, contributing to MTN’s overall strategic goals, achieving profitable growth, and continuously improving efficiency.
Main Job Functions: 1. Managing, Building, and extending high-level /strong relationships with key strategic accounts
2. Generating business opportunities in the assigned region
3. Drive execution to fortress the core business which includes accelerating MoMo penetration customer base (MoMo, MoMopay, Corporate sales Digital distribution), ensure Availability – (Float) that enhance usage (30day RGS/Active base) and Retention of MoMo customer base to grow and protect our market share to deliver the regional targets.
4. Embed Route to Customer operating model (B2B and B2C) including the management of the 3rd party partners to ensure execution of agreed initiatives in line with Mission in the respective Region.
5. Ensures implementation of activities relating to front line marketing to ensure consistent growth of market share and activity.
6. Creates key partnerships to ensures delivery of Joint Business Plans that drive achievement of the Region Mission
7. Responsible for the existing infrastructure in the region, and for the smart Network rollout plan
8. Provide leadership to cross-functional team to deliver regional business goals
9. Drive a zero-harm agenda in the assigned Region
10. Embed coaching as a way of execution to deliver set performance target
11. Develop and implement sales strategy in line with Sales Strategic objectives to ensure achievement of MTN strategic objectives!
12. Develop and manage sales Budget with the mandate of maintaining customer satisfaction as well as customer retention and growth.
13. Interaction with marketing, operations, and other sales segments
14. Manage agencies and ensure SLAs are adhered to
15. Define and execute sales strategy
16. Monitor and reporting on overall performance of the MoMo portfolio, this includes MoMopay, Corporate sales, digital distribution performance, agent management
Main KPIs include: 1. 30day active MoMo subscribers
2. 30day active MoMo Merchants
3. 30day active Agents
4. Value per RGS 30 MoMo Pay
5. MoMo Revenue (Basic & Advance)
6. MoMo Pay Acquisition
Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business qualification
Experience: 1. At least 3-5 years experience in sales management in a fast-paced organization
2. Strong general management & including capability development and managing change
3. A proven track record in meeting revenue targets, preferably in a variety of situations to be able to draw upon a breadth of experience when making decisions and analysing plans
4. Leadership ability with strong general management skills, including strong intellectual, strategic, and analytical ability and the ability to work cross-functionally with a collaborative style.

Job Title: Manager-Partner Operations
Reporting to: General Manager-Financial Operations

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job Manager Partner operations is responsible for day-to-day partner operational needs of Financial operation, this involves management of customers database, onboarding of new partners, management of partners resolutions and ensuring compliance to partners contract set up in Mobile money system, driver product innovation and provide back office support for the field sales force for MTN Mobile money Uganda Limited.
Main Job Functions: 1. Management of internal stakeholders (IT, Commercial, Risk and compliance, Legal and regulatory, customers operations on applications (documents) due for review, approval, contract sign-off Contract issuance forms and others as detailed in the on-boarding process within the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
2. Initiate and implement all process improvement aimed at improving customers, agents, merchants and partners satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Ensures strict adherence to MTN Mobile money processes and procedures across financial operation.
4. Provide support on all Merchants, agent and partners management issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Ensure accuracy in vetting Mobile Money application (documents) in line with the approved KYC (Know Your Customer) checklist and processes.
6. Provide weekly and monthly report on performance of partner operations to GM- Financial Operations
7. Maintain and update the respective databases/ online partner on boarding tool in relation to progress of applications for ease of reference by the respective stakeholders.
8. Manage resolution of customer queries/incidents logged through Remedy/emails or face-to-face, relating to On-Boarding and KYC Management
9. Resolve Audit and control findings within specified timelines and ensure no repeat findings.
10. Ensure 100% accountability for all applications received (No misplacement of documents)
11. Ensure training for partners within the required SLAs who have had the service requested for activated on the Mobile Money system.
12. Draft and update, review and have training materials approved.
13. Review and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on having the partner portal updated in line with the updated process and approved KYC requirements.
14. Review, update, and coordinate sign offs of processes for the section within the required timelines
15. And execute any other duties that may be assigned through the reporting structure
