JOB DETAILS: Reports to Radiologist
Qualifications and Responsibilities 1. The Radiographer must hold a minimum of a good diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences or equivalent. At least two (2) years' related work experience in a busy and established Radiology department. The applicants must have a current registration/ license to practice.
2. Prepare the treatment machines and rooms for each patient adequately.
3. Verify and check that all the Radiation safety measures are in place at all times to protect the patient, public, yourself and other staff members.
4. Document and report all the faults on the machines and notify the department supervisor immediately.
5. Create and dispatch patient images to relevant departments/physicians in a timely manner to meet high level treatment standards and efficient reports.
6. Monitor and record the patients' condition throughout the procedure.
7. Make certain that adequate and correct information is given to the patients and family prior to conducting procedures
8. Prepare and submit reports as and when required e.g. machine breakdowns and service records.
9. Regularly inspect diagnostic equipment to ensure they are functional and operate efficiently
JOB DETAILS: Reports to - Operations Manager
Qualifications and Responsibilities 1. A minimum of a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering with 3 years working Experience or Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering with 2 years working experience
2. Service, maintain, and or repair biomedical equipment.
3. Analyze new medical procedures in order to forecast likely outcomes.
4. Advising & providing expertise to the medical staff & administration.
5. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
6. Maintaining records; for e.g., equipment history.
7. Setting standards & ensuring their compliance. Involvement in the activities of the hospital's safety committee & checking safety hazards.
JOB DETAILS: Qualifications and Responsibilities 1. A minimum of an Accounting first degree and Minimum of ACCA Part 2 or CPA equivalent and three (3) years demonstrative working experience is required. Experience in using Quick books is a must have.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts and reports, prepare annual statutory accounts and avail necessary input to ensure effective control of income, cash flow and expenditure.
3. Ensure Implementation of approved accounting procedures/internal across the controls
4. Business and suggest regular improvements to internal controls.
5. Prepare the monthly payroll with accurate statutory deductions, ensure deduction of staff advances and other appropriate deductions are made.
6. Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting records,
7. Manage performance of accounts payables, receivables and budget controls ensuring regular appraisals and feedbacks
8. Collect budget input data, prepare and consolidate budgets
9. Understand and address the training needs of subordinates, ensure discipline within the team.
