JOB DETAILS: Department: Finance - Corporate Finance

Reports to/Title of Immediate Supervisor: Group Financial and Strategy Officer. Supervises: N/A
Job Purpose: Generate, collate and report on risks (including project risks) sourced from the Risk Management Information System to provide and independent risk review at business unit level to assist the Management Committee and Executive Committee with up-to-date risk information within areas of responsibility.

Stakeholders: GCFO, External Vendors
Functional Outputs/Activities per key performance area:
Risk Management 1. Design, implement and lead the Group Risk management strategy for the organization.
2. Support the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer and the Board in embedding a risk aware culture.
3. Establish and quantify the Group's 'risk appetite', 'risk tolerance' and ensure risk approach adheres accordingly.
4. Horizon scan to increase awareness of risks affecting the Group and subsidiaries.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
6. Synthesise all risk management information at hand in order to develop emerging risk and an enterprise risk profile.
7. Assist in compiling a risk profile for the organisation.
8. Provide support by contributing in quantifying risks by considering the consequence and likelihood of occurrences.
9. Ensure that risks are captured and maintained in the risk management information system.
10. Support in the developing of the risk management plan.
Risk Data Monitoring 1. Update and maintain integrated risk data/register in the RIMS.
2. Follow up on all external and internal audit findings related to RMIS ensuring that they are adequately resolved.
3. Ensure adherence to risk management methodology as stipulated in integrated risk management policy and standard via risk quality processes.
4. Continuously monitor and review risks in areas of responsibility and provide advice and influence to ensure improvement of quality.
Risk Management Plan: 1. Provide risk input where necessary to ensure that all potential risks are identified and treatment strategies developed.
In support of achieving the risk plan. 1. Provide advice on risk management best practice and methodology.
2. Provide support and create awareness of integrated risk management within areas of responsibility.
3. Co-ordinate and manage risk management documentation within area responsibility.
4. Liaise with relevant departments and sites regarding integrated risk requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Insurance Management Strategy: 1. Liaise with insurance brokers regarding insurance plans for the Group and In country Operations.
2. Co-ordinate and manage insurance documentation within area responsibility.
3. Update and monitor incident tracker for all insurable claims.
Resilience Management Plan: 1. Develop and implement contingency plans to manage business interruptions, volatile market events, and other emergencies.
2. Updating the incident register and action tracker on a regular basis. •Track, consolidate and report on status of incident investigations and actions
Financial Management 1. Preparation of the risk budget as per the set guidelines
2. Monitor and control the allocated budget
Risk Management 1. Assesses business risks and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance in collaboration with the Leadership Team. Compliance
2. Ensure Movit Group policies and regulatory compliance in execution activities.
3. Adherence to all Movit Group and In Country Policies and Procedures.
4. Prepare and submit consolidated Risk reports.
Minimum Qualification Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Law, Actuarial Science or Risk Management. Certified Risk Professional is a requirement
2. A thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
Related Minimum Experience: 1. 6 to 8 years relevant experience in a supervisory role evaluating business operations in risk management or assurance preferably in FMCG or process industry

Job Purpose: The Head of ICT and Analytics is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing an information and communication technology (ICT) strategy that meets MPL's business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. The Head of ICT and Analytics must ensure that information systems, communication systems and supporting technologies meets industry standards and practices adopted by Movit Group including design, architecture, deployment, security management and maintenance.

Stakeholders: CEO, Executive Committee
Functional Outputs/Activities per key performance area:
Strategy and Planning 1. Align IT objectives and programs with the organization's overall vision, strategies and objectives.
2. Lead planning and implementation of all ERP systems and ICT applications.
3. Develop IT solutions and business process re-engineering.
4. Define, update and implement IT strategy, and manage IT across the organization.
5. Define IT performance metrics based on the organization's overall objectives; control performance objectives and IT budget.
6. Develop, in concert with other senior leaders at MPL forward-looking models and initiatives that provide insight into the organization's operations and efficiency.
7. Managing and supervising ICT projects and ensuring efficient functioning of all ICT systems for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Leadership 1. Manage and define all computer and communications activities within the organization. Plan and manage strategic IT initiatives.
2. Manage IT applications portfolio.
3. Manage IT projects across all MPL subsidiaries.
4. Manage the implementation of MPL's digital transformation agenda, ensure that implementation does not result in any loss in productivity.
5. Ensure day-to-day operations of all IT-related functions.
6. Work to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for key stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team, Management Committee and MPL's Board of Directors.
ICT Services 1. Maximize the mix, and optimize the cost, of in-house vs. outsourced services
2. Establish strategic service provider partnerships.
3. Define standards and architectures.
4. Support the acquisition of software and hardware
5. Consolidate the ICT process across the organization.
6. •Provide technical SAP and Power BI expertise to establishing and modernizing the Group's Business Intelligence and analytics strategy and operating model;
7. Direct and ensure the responsiveness of the help desks, communications networks (voice and data), and computer systems operations.
Risk Management 1. Align ICT risk management with organization-wide risk management.
2. Manage and maintain the integrity of all electronic records of the enterprise.
3. Interact with senior management team to monitor and validate the organization's compliance with information security policies; play a key role in defining these policies.
4. Ensure compliance with MPL security requirements and/or other standards.
5. Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and security-related procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with the ICT Manual, Protective Security Policy Framework and all relevant Group policies and the principles and practices of workplace diversity, workplace participation and in support of a safe working environment
Financial Management 1. Preparation of the ICT department budget as per the set guidelines
2. Ensure ROI on ICT investments
3. Monitor and control the allocated budget
Risk Management 1. Identify the department's risks, their various mitigations and keep track of them. Compliance
2. Ensure regulatory compliance in execution of activities across Group operations • Ensure adherence to Movit Group and In Country Policies and Procedures.
3. Prepare and submit ICT reports
Minimum Qualification Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or ICT.
2. Experience in delivery of Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, SAP BI, or any other modern analytic tools.
Related Minimum Experience: 1. 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry preferably in ICT, SAP customization.
