JOB DETAILS:

ROLES
• Supervise, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge
• Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
• Understand guest needs and make recommendations to exceed guest expectations
• Manage a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources (ie employee working hours, staff training, stores management) in close collaboration with the lounge team to deliver a superior product and services that delight all customers, and to ensure a smooth lounge operation

JOB DETAILS:

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least a Diploma in hotel management or related Industry Good Marketing skills

EXPERIENCE
• Atleast 2 years experience in the same position or its equivalent

ROLES
• Agreeing and managing budgets.
• Planning menus.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Overseeing stock levels.
• Ordering supplies.
• Producing staff rotas.
