JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
2. Storage and transportation professional, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Chemical equipment and machinery.
3. At least 10 years' experience in Petroleum/Chemical process plant construction site Incharge of piping construction quality control of Crude oil process facilities. Incharge of preparing piping quality procedure documents (e.g., Inspection and test Plan)
4. Must participate in unpacking inspection and acceptance of piping material, review of Sub-contractor's piping installation plan and supervising sub-contractor to implement piping installation according to standards, codes, and company's technical specifications.
5. Should analyze and solve piping non-conforming issues, investigate, handle, and report piping quality accidents, and formulate relevant corrective and preventive measures.
6. Must manage the construction sub-contractor QA/QC team. Etc., deal with daily construction quality control issues, and coordinate construction & installation Inspection and Test of piping disciplines and relevant systems.
7. Must handle the construction quality control document management & registration, collect, arrange, and file documents during piping installation inspection.
8. Must handle other QA/QC related issues if required.
