JOB DETAILS:
The Role:
As a Mechanical Engineer in our team, specializing in data validation for maintenance plan design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of maintenance strategies. Your technical acumen and expertise in data validation will be vital in developing and implementing maintenance plans that optimize equipment performance and extend their lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with engineering teams to understand maintenance requirements and equipment specifications.
• Utilizing data validation techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data.
• Analyzing and validating data from inspections, equipment performance, and condition monitoring.
• Identifying potential issues and trends in the data to support data-driven maintenance decisions.
• Developing maintenance plans based on data insights to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Implementing preventive maintenance schedules and optimizing maintenance procedures.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance plans and recommending improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering and data validation or maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings and equipment.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations relevant to maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation techniques, utilizing various software/tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
