City Ambulance Limited, an affiliate of City Medicals Limited is a highly specialized Emergency Medical Service provider that offers prompt, professional and affordable, basic and advanced life support services through a fleet of well-equipped ambulance vehicles, manned by a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated emergency medical specialists.

Role Description
The Medical Training Coordinator is a full-time on-site position located in Kampala. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical training programs for our staff and clients in accordance with industry standards and best practices. The Medical Training Coordinator will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet those needs. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that our staff are adequately prepared to meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications
• A degree in a relevant medical or health sciences field (e.g. nursing, medicine, public health).
• At least three years of experience in developing and delivering training programs in a healthcare setting, first aid training, BLS, ACLS and ATLS.
• Experience managing a team of healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Professional training certificates.
