Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is part of the Lutheran World Federation Department for World Service (LWF-DWS), an international humanitarian and development agency. LWF Uganda works to reduce people’s vulnerability, supporting them to realize their potential, to build on their assets, and to respond to their own problems and needs. LWF Uganda currently operating in Pader, Kitgum, Adjumani, Moyo, Luuka, Kamwenge, Kampala and Districts. The LWF/DWS is looking tor a mature, qualified and experienced persons as follows:

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience executing M&E tor international organization implementing programs.
• BS degree in Statistics, Demography, Epidemiology or other related discipline, including social sciences.
• Detailed knowledge of key M&E concepts, tools and best practices; experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies; familiarity with routine management of information systems.

Relevant Experience:

• At least 3 years of progressive experience gained within an international humanitarian NGO will be an added advantage.
• Previous interaction with Persons Living with Disabilities (PWD’s) will be an advantage.
• Experience and skills in developing proposals, concept papers and reports writing.
• Ability to manage a team and relate well with the host community.
• Experience in conducting trainings, facilitation and capacity building oi start
