JOB DETAILS:
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer — Karamoja:
Main duties will be to Monitor, document and report key learnings, best practices, and outcomes, Support the monitors in Collecting, Validate and enter Programme data and share aggregated information from it with different departmentslunits, Capacity build staff on the tools that are used by the field team and ensure that the team does proper filling of the tools and the documents have been sent to the M8.E manager in time, Compile documentation for learning, accountability, reporting Support staff to write stories of change and Verify and Compile KPls for Whave in liaison with the Programme Manager
Skills and requirements: Education to degree level or higher in computer science or related subject, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word programmes, Excellent organisational skills in logistics, scheduling and communications, Practical mobile monitoring experience is desirable preferable experience in rural areas of developing countries and willingness to live in Kaabong & Moroto.
