JOB DETAILS:
JOB CONTENT
Ensure that patients receive quality evidence-based nursing care on the ward. Provide health education to patients and attendants, advice and emotional support as needed.
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
• Lead by example and maintain professional behavior among staff
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with NMC regulations and licensing
• Stay updated on evidence-based practices and share knowledge with staff and patients
• Participate in and organize regular Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) sessions (at least 2/month)
• Uphold and enforce NMC and Case Hospital Code of Conduct among nursing staff
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Diploma in Nursing (Registered)
• 3 years' experience in nursing
LOCATION-TILENGA
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
