Job Summary
The Nurse is responsible for administering medical care, supporting patients emotionally, maintaining medical records, and ensuring the clinic is adequately equipped. The nurse will also coordinate with healthcare professionals for referrals and promote workplace health measures.

Roles and Responsibilities.
• Provide hands-on care to the patients by administering medications, observing, and monitoring patients’ conditions.
• Provide emotional support to patients to ensure sufficient treatment.
• Maintaining records of all clinical cases handled daily.
• Coordinating and communicating with doctors on referral cases.
• Promote workplace health measures.
• To ensure that the site clinic is well equipped with medication and other related facilities.
• Submit a monthly report to the Healthy and Safety Manager

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice.
• 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or a similar environment.
• Excellent clinical and administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and provide effective care.
• Proficient in record-keeping and report writing.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
