Access Global Ltd (AGL), is a private limited company incorporated in Uganda on February 05, 2008. The Company works to improve health commodity security and supply chain management in Uganda, UN agencies and other developing countries through Research and Consultancy. AGL aspires to become a top-rated research & consultancy firm in supply chains for health through a team of researchers and consultants with diverse background including Pharmacy, Public Health, Procurement and Supply Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Social Research.
AGL invites technical experts qualified in the following areas to implement an anticipated consultancy project in Uganda;
1. Nutrition Expert
Responsibilities
Under the overall guidance of the Lead Partner, the consultants will provide technical expertise to the project team while implementing the consultancy project.
Personal Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant professional areas; nutrition, food security / agriculture, capacity development, M&E or relevant field from a recognized university or institution. Possession of a relevant Master’s degree is desirable.
- Should have at least 10 years of professional experience in any of the desired areas of expertise; nutrition, food security / agriculture, capacity development or M& E.
- Knowledge of the SUN movement and the UNAP, understanding of issues and challenges in the areas of nutrition and food security and understanding of the Uganda policy environment is added advantage

- Proven skills in strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective organization skills; high drive for results
- High commitment
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal & intercultural skills
- Computer literacy especially with excel and database management is required
