JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Ensures the integrity of all server infrastructure in Primary and Secondary Datacenters and servers on cloud is optimal through periodic operations. The operations include Installation, Configuration and maintenance of Enterprise Infrastructure to ensure stability of the environment.
• Handles Support issues for servers, desktop and laptops
• Abide to Incident, Change and Problem management and SLA. Follow up on all assigned issues
• Implement Change with minimum Business disruptions
• Improve Service through targeted Improvement Programs
• Standardise and optimise service offerings across all locations
• Instal, manage and maintain all Unix and Wintel Environments
• Instal, manage and maintain all Hypervisor Environments
• Abide to Incident, Change and Problem management and SLA

QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree in IT or a related field. MCSE or equivalent
• 3 years extensive technical experience in IT Enterprise Environment
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN technologies
• Knowledge of different DHCP, AD, MAIL, DNS technologies
• Scripting and programming languages used to automate maintenance tasks
• Knowledge in both Windows and Linux OS Platforms
• Knowledge in VMware Administration and deployment
