Job Purpose: This role is responsible for finding trends in data sets and developing algorithms to help make raw data more useful to the enterprise and designing the emerging technology architecture and infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities include: • Analyze and organize raw data

Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software engineering, Data science, or any other highly numerical and analytical field.
• Formal Certification in Data Engineering, Data Science, Big Data or Data Analytics, Robotics.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of working experience in Robotics, Data Science and Analytics, building data systems and infrastructure, in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial industry.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the execution of enterprise 4IR technologies and data science frameworks consistent with the organization’s goals. In addition, developing and implementing data science models to solve high-impact business use cases and creating data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and deliver value to the members.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing detailed prescriptive and predictive analysis including advanced mathematical modelling, artificial intelligence and machine learning modelling, monitoring business issues and impact on customers.
• Lead the team to identify build and implement scalable data-driven models to high-impact
• Business use cases.
• Responsible for communicating analytics model behaviour/results to business
• AI / ML Integration within Business processes to create new experiences and/or reimagine old processes.
• Responsible for carrying out technical risk analysis and reliability assessments
• Apply a strong understanding of data science techniques and libraries to business problems.
• Build department-wide data science frameworks and capabilities through brokering access to data sources and providing upskilling opportunities.

Job Title: Logistics Assistant – 6 Positions Location: Various Upcountry Locations
Reports To: Logistics Supervisor
Department: People And Culture Department

Job Purpose: To provide support for all the organization’s Transport and Logistics needs
Duties and Responsibilities include: • Transport executives, staff, mail, and company assets
• Clean the vehicle, ensure road worthiness of the vehicle, and conduct routine checkups
• Record mileage and keep record of all fuel refills
• Participate in tracking the logistics and safety services section’s strategic plans
• Engage with different stakeholders in and out of the fund to facilitate the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives
• Review own performance and seek feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders within and outside the fund
• Submit service and repair requests, travel requests
• Observe the traffic and road safety guidelines/act
• Ensure the security and safety of fund cars and accessories
• Account for allocated fuel
• Ensure logbooks are accurately filled in.
• Carryout service in the set mileage.
• Physical inspection of vehicles and ensuring vehicles are in good mechanical condition.
• Follow up on motor vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Establish liaisons with fund motor vehicle maintenance providers and other public partners e.g. police, URA, and Insurance.
• Carry field rescues and accident site salvage
• Gather accident-related information
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the line supervisor.
Education Requirements: • Driver’s permit
• Defensive driving certificates from recognized institutions
• O Level certificates with a pass in English and Mathematics as a must.
Work Experience: 3 years’ experience in a busy corporate organization with a branch network.
Language requirements:
Should be able to speak Ngakarimojong, as Moroto is one of the upcountry locations.
