JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of work quality management, work plans, and guiding, supervising, and checking the implementation of work related to the work quality of each project team.
• Responsible for formulating construction plans and operation measures according to drilling construction plans and geological design, reviewing and process tracking of key operation plans, and participating in abnormal operation processing.
• Be fully responsible for daily drilling related well control or various work in emergency situations.
• Responsible for implementing, tracking, recording and analyzing work plans, technologies, risks and critical work, and making constructive suggestions and programs.
• Responsible for collecting, summarizing and analyzing the operation information of this project, mastering the operation plan, safety production status, and coordinating related work.
• Responsible for the organization of energy saving and emission reduction, hazardous chemicals, work-related injuries, well control management and various special activities for operation safety during drilling operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above/technical training with ample experience.
• Engineering/Geology.
• 10 years of working experience in drilling related activities of which 5 in offshore platforms or land drilling rigs, and holding a valid IWCF or IADC certificate.
• More than 5 years working experience as tool pusher of offshore platform or land drilling rig is key.
• At least 5 well times Organize and deal with complex situations downhole.
• Familiar with well designing and planning.
• Drilling activities especially directional
• COSL drilling management systems
• Excellent organizational coordination, execution, communication, and organizational skills;
• Familiar with the relevant management system and relevant laws and regulations implemented by this position;
• Familiar with drilling operation process
• Have the computer application and English communication skills to meet the needs of the work
• Under 45 years old.
• Hold the relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
