• 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or events.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Logistical Expertise: Knowledge of event logistics, supplier management, and operational workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve issues on the spot.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure cost control.
