JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight. Provide strategic direction and leadership in managing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications & Key Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in operations management, with 2-4 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of operations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
