JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional service is provided at all times, addressing any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and manage the budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Monitor expenses and revenue, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with set standards and regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Use data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a unified approach to hotel operations.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a guest-first mentality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
