The Operations Officer plays a crucial role and is responsible for overseeing multiple project systems including human resources, compliance, office/facility management, and management of project assets (such as vehicles and other equipment). Master's degree in management, business, finance, or related field is preferred. At least five years of facilities or operations management experience is required; experience coordinating operations between multiple offices is an advantage. Familiarity with USAID compliance requirements is preferred, including those related to procurement and asset management. Excellent past performance references are required (references must be provided, including email addresses).
