JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
• Track and coordinate loan issuance and collections.
• Supervise operations at the branches to meet set objectives.
• Coordinate activities related to accounts and audits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, loan tracking, or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities in a number of local languages.
