JOB DETAILS:
Join our dedicated KOLPING INTERNATIONAL M&E Team and take on a pivotal role in shaping PME strategies alongside our African Kolping partners. You will support their development projects throughout the project cycle, helping to drive impactful hange within local communities.

About Kolping International:
Kolping International is a global and cross-generational education and action community focused on fostering sustainable development through partnerships. We as a Catholic social association operate in collaboration with diverse international partners from over 80 countries, emphasizing a bottom-up help for self-help approach that encourages active engagement and empowerment of our beneficiaries to achieve shared goals and values.
Location: This position is preferably to be filled in Kenya (Nairobi) or Uganda (Hoima or Kampala).

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the KOLPING INTERNATIONAL PME team and the African Kolping Association to align PME activities with project goals.
• Train technical staff on PME principles and practices. Develop workshops on various important PME topics throughout the project cycle
• Consult partners on developing objectives and indicators, establishing log frames, creating monitoring plans, and conducting impact measurements.
• Supervise and manage extemal evaluations. Development of and work with monitoring software to track the progress, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability of our projects.

Your Profile:
• At least 5 years of proven experience and specialized expertise in PME within the development sector Relevant university degree.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences. Strong organizational abilities and independent work ethic. Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Proficient in conceptual and strategic thinking with intercultural competence
• Highly motivated to work in an intercultural context, wit excellent presentation skills and time management Effective workshop design and facilitation skills. Strong reporting and writing abilities
• Willingness to work from home and travel across various African countries.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Swahili or German is a plus.
