Personal Assistant
Job summary
To provide administrative support and excellent secretarial services and to the Medical Director's (MD) office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A high caliber person with a University Degree in Secretarial Studies; or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies plus a relevant University Degree preferably in Administration, Social Sciences or Arts from a recognized institution, with excellent computer skills Additional training and qualification in office management is a competitive advantage
  
• Five (5) years‘ relevant working experience, with career progression to the same position/role in a reputable organization
  
• High proficiency in computer skills; with good command of oral and written English; with ability to work on own initiative as well as a team, and to maintain office confidentiality
  
• Must be an honest, mature and well balanced person with integrity, of at least 35 years
