Job Title: Personal Banker (Agriculture)
Reports to: Business Administrator

Role Profile:
Drive business growth, credit quality, and excellent customer experience while offering a wide range of solutions to the customers based on customer needs, for the respective portfolio.
Grade/Rank: I-B

Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Rural Economics or another related Agricultural course.

Required Skills
• Riding skills, capable and willing to ride motorcycles for field work. Reporting skills
• Proven successful sales track record is an added advantage
• Communication skills
• Exposure in agricultural lending is an added advantage
• Decision making
• Good computer skills especially Word and Excel
• Collaborator
• Excellent product knowledge

• Analytical skills
