COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Must conduct the whole process of management of pipeline construction, including participation in the pipeline construction preparation, reviewing the technology proposal for the pipeline construction plan, participating in the safety technical disclosure and coordinating the engineering team.
• Must supervise and inspect the relevant processes of pipeline construction. Must provide technical support to other departments for pipeline construction.
• Must participate in the safety technical disclosure before starting pipeline construction.
• Must participate in the application for inspection of the arrival pipes materials, such as the pipes, pipe components / fittings and pipe supports & hangers.
• Must support ITP inspection activities and inspection applications for pipeline construction.
• Must implement the internal interface management of piping major, and participate in the communication and coordination of other major interfaces
• Must participate in HSE safety education and training, and strictly comply with HSE requirements for PPE.

Requirements
• A minimum of Bachelor Degree or above in Piping, mechanics etc.
• At least 5 years pipeline construction experience in petroleum, chemical or oil field surface engineering.
