JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• Participate in the development of the EPCC project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) system and job coding system.
• Use P6 Primavera software to participate in the development, tracking, and updating of progress schedules for various stages and levels of the project (such as professional level, regional and unit project level, subdivision and item project level, job and process level).
• Participate in the preparation of procedural documents such as Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Control Plan (PCP), and Project Schedule Management Plan.
• Establish measurement baselines for progress execution effectiveness at various stages and levels of project design, procurement, and construction. Create S-curves and use methods such as critical path analysis, variance analysis, earned value analysis, and chart analysis to comprehensively analyze and evaluate project execution effectiveness.
• Regularly collect and summarize information on project resources (such as personnel, man-hours, major equipment), and work status reports from various departments and disciplines involved in the project (such as design drawings, equipment materials, material shipping, on-site construction, quality, safety). Prepare project progress weekly and monthly reports.
• Track, record, monitor, analyze, and report on the actual execution of milestone targets, detailed tasks, including time, progress, and costs at various stages of project design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Regularly prepare and publish reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Analyze significant deviations and provide solutions and recommendations.
• Anticipate risk factors that may have a significant impact on project schedule and cost. 8.Submit timely analysis reports and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Audit, monitor, and manage the project schedule, costs, and execution performance of design institutes, subcontractors, major suppliers, etc.
• Track the impact of major changes and decisions by the owner on project schedule and cost and provide handling suggestions. Provide business support for claims and counterclaims.
• Assist in the measurement of owner's payments and the review of subcontractor's payment progress at various stages of EPC projects.
Qualifications:
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in planning and implementing large-scale international EPC engineering projects.
• Strong English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. English can be used as the working language.
• Proficient in using P6 Primavera software for developing schedules, resource loading, maintaining baselines, and generating reports.
• Good computer skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Excel/Word/PPT/Visio/Project and other office software.
• Strong project management awareness, teamwork spirit, good work attitude, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience in oil, gas, and petrochemical engineering projects is preferred.
