Cities and infrastructure for Growth (CIG) is a 5-year'DFlD-funded program designed to support inclusive economic growth and job creation by increasing urban productivity, access to power, and municipal management expertise. Cardno Emerging Markets is recruiting for a Power Sector Component Lead to work on the CIG program. This person will be responsible for leading a team of power sector specialists, developing a programme strategy to meet DFID requirements, and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders in Uganda.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience; a deep understanding of power sector markets and reform; a proven track record managing international teams; project appraisal experience; and experience implementing successful capacity building programs in power sectors.
