PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES, SERVICES, AND WORKS FOR THREE FINANCIAL YEARS: 2025-26 AND 2028-29

China-Uganda Friendship Hospital, Naguru intends to pre-qualify providers for Supplies, Works, and Services for Financial Years 2025-26 and 2028-29.

China-Uganda Friendship Hospital, Naguru therefore invites suitably qualified providers to submit sealed pre-qualification bid documents for various supplies, works, and services listed below:

SUPPLIES

• Sup/0001 Assorted Office Stationery, Small Office Equipment, and Toners
• Sup/2000 Medical Equipment (Consumables)
• Sup/3000 ICT Equipment (Computers, Printers, Cartridges, Software, etc.)
• Sup/4000 Drugs, Reagents, Chemicals, and Non-Medical Items
• Sup/5000 Assorted Electrical Fittings and Supplies
• Sup/6000 Motor Vehicles, Spare Parts, Tyres, Tubes, and Motor Cycles
• Sup/7000 Hospital Furniture and Fixtures
• Sup/8000 Assorted Printing, Engraving, and Embroidery Items

SERVICES

• Serv/1000 Catering Services
• Serv/2000 Repair and Maintenance Services
• Serv/3000 Waste Management and Disposal Services
• Serv/4000 Fumigation Services
• Serv/5000 Repair and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles and Machinery
• Serv/6000 Cleaning Services and Compound Maintenance

WORKS

• Works/7000 Minor Civil Works
• Works/7001 Electrical Works
• Works/7002 Construction

NOTE: Successful providers for the routine services/supplies will be invited to submit competitive bids to secure contracts for Work Complexes.
