BIDS FOR LOCAL REVENUE COLLECTION
Revenue collection found in 10 sub counties and 8 town councils from:
• Markets, stalls, landing sites, check points, and Loading & off-loading agricultural produce vehicles
• Cattle markets protective wear. stone chips and aggregates, road lime. stone dust and other road construction and building materials.
• The list of their names can be obtained from the Procurement and 16. Provision of catering services Disposal Unit.
BIDS FOR SERVICES
Maintenance and cleaning of the compound, toilets, wards, patients linen and staff quarters of Rakai Hospital.
Maintenance and cleaning of Rakai District Headquarters compound.
INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Goods/Supplies:
• Supply and installation of solar
• Supply of motor cycles
• Supply of tree seedlings
Services:
• Electrical installation and maintenance.
• Provision of radio programmes
Works:
• Construction of permanent buildings/renovations 2. Construction of pit latrines
• Construction of Ferro-cement tanks/spring wells
• Rehabilitation of boreholes and shallow wells
• Design, supply and installation of irrigation systems
BIDS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
• Supply of Printed materials and Identity cards
• Supply of assorted stationery/office equipment (filling, cabinets, safes and office funs)
• Supply of computers, printers, photocopiers, accessories and consumables
• Supply of tyres, rims, batteries and assorted materials for motor vehicles.
• Supply of consumables for heavy machinery (blades, end bits, cutting edges etc)
• Supply of spare parts for water tanks, boreholes, Shallow wells and water works.
• Supply of fuel, oil and lubricants / installation of tyres, servicing of vehicles/wheel alignment and balancing.
• Supply of concrete culverts
• Supply of furniture for schools, health units and offices.
• Supply of agricultural/veterinary tools and equipment
• Supply of electrical equipment
• Supply of firefighting equipment
• Supply of detergents, sanitizers, and other cleaning materials

CONDITIONS OF TENDER
Each item in a category must be applied for separately.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit starting from 9.00am to 5.00pm Working days.
Applicants shall obtain bid documents from the
Procurement and Disposal Unit after paying a non-Refundable fee of UGX. 60,000/= for category A (i) and UGX. 100,000/- for categories A(ii), B, C & D to the District Account in the names RDLG GENERAL FUND, Ac No. 0140013378501 in stanbic bank
Sealed bids addressed to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit must be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit Rakai District on or before 12 July 2023 at 12:00 pm, thereafter followed by bid opening at the Procurement and Disposal Unit in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Late bids shall be rejected
