PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS NOTICE FY 2024-2024. Procurement Reference No Tender/MPDI/24/279024
Mbazi medical center was established in 2020 to improve the health of children with disabilities and general public in Uganda. The Organization/foundation has received funds to implement and build centers in different parts of the country like kampala, Arua, jinja, mbale Hoima Gulu Districts in the perios of 2024-2027
The Organization now invites firms and qualified individuals to express interest in the provision of services. supplies and works leading to framework agreements for the period 2024-2027
The categories include: Pharmaceuticals, lab supplies, serving of lab and clinic equipment, medical gases, computures and accessories & repair, media services, kitchen and cleaning items, staff uniforms, furniture. stationery, safety wear, tents and plastic chains, toner and cartridge. promotional items, security services, hotel accommodation services and conference facilities, fumigation and pest control, catering services, construction services, Aluminium work, construction services, carpentry and welding. Architectural services. Quantity surveying solar power systems, frefighting equipment, business skills training.contruction materials generator repair. Air conditioning repair, electrical works event management services, stabilizers. consultancy and training vehicle tyres and spares.

Bidding documents can be picked from mbazi medical centerhead office located mpala Entebbe express rood by presenting a payment receipt of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 50,000 each lot from Thursday September 26th, 2024 to Friday October 25th 2024 or by softcopy through sending request to mbazimedicalcenter gmail.com and attaching copy of bank payment sip as proof of payment.
All payments must be made to Salaam bank Uganda Account names Mbazi Pharma Distribtion Imited Number: 1414000095
Bid submission deadline: Friday October 25th 2024 by 5pm late submissions shall not be permitted. Submission Address: Mbas medical center Mpala next to bread house, Entebbe Uganda.
