Qualifications/Experience required.
• Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/ Marketing.
• Minimum of three (03) years’ experience in Data Analysis & management of large data Retailing
• Highly proficient in Excel and building financial modeling tools (Advanced)
• High level of numeric and analytical skills.
• Team player and self-motivated with excellent critical thinking skills.

Key objective of position
• The role holder is responsible for Network performance analysis and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collect information for the entire network of service stations on pricing, daily sales and stocks.
• Administer and operate Papyrus and Euro data systems.
• Prepare and submit timely and comprehensive weekly (and more frequently when need be) network sales, margin and price analysis reports.
• Recommend price adjustments and pricing movements for review by Retail Marketing Manager (RMM) and approval by MD.
• Work with the retail team to collect, analyze and disseminate data or information, including price elasticity simulations.
• Liaise with Finance and Supply on cost and stock levels of fuels to ensure optimized pricing on the network.
• Continuously engage with Supply Manager to anticipate cost of sales evolution.
• Study competition pricing and forecast their expected movements.
• Ensure accurate bi-weekly reporting of competitor price data (for Network) and recommend price changes.
• Collect and prepare daily and monthly stock out reports per station.
• Collect and prepare weekly and monthly station Purchases report per station.
• Collect and prepare monthly Retail Sales reports and explanations for actual Vs Budget variances.
• Prepare network volume and margin budget figures for the Retail section needed for approval and presentations by Management.
• Compile Industry Sales Statistics on a monthly basis and assess market shares
• Ensure the reliability of network contribution account (NCA) with finance department.
• Prepare periodical rewards for the Network e.g. Fuel Incentive schemes.
