BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
PPROCUREMENT OF AMBULANCE FOR KAPELEBYONG DISTRICT OPM/SUPLS/23-24/00051
The OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER has secured funds from the GOU and has allocated part of the funds towards the Provision of the above-mentioned services
The Entity invites online bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procure- ment and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from online on the EGP Portal.
The Bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings, One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be by bank payment advice form obtained from the Cash Office/Bank i.e (DTB) during working hours. These will be Online Transactions
Bids must be addressed to the Office of the Prime Minister and uploaded on the online Portal at or before 11:00 am on 23rd May 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 3,300,000/= Bid securities must be valid until (28 days after expiry of Bid Validity). Late bids shall be rejected. Hard Copies will not be accepted. Bids will be opened Online at 11:30 am.
Note: The Office of the Prime Minister is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid.
