BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Procurement of Supply and Installation of Assorted Software for UEGCL Training Center - UEGCL/SPLS/22-23/20134

Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for the Supply and Installation of Assorted Software for UEGCL Training Center. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended, and is open to all bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) on Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited, Stanbic Bank, Project A/C No: 9030011177319

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am of Friday 24 February, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 3,150,000 (Uganda Shillings Three Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only). Bid securities must be valid until Thursday 28 September, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 11:10am of Friday 24 February, 2023.

There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit.
