Procurement Of Supply Of Fuel Using The Card System Under Framework Contract Arrangement For 18 Months
INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN BIDDING
The Government of Uganda represented by the Office of the Prime Minister has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the above procurement under Framework Contract.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.30am-4.30pm.
The Bidding documents in English will be free of charge and in soft copy to interested bidders.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 11:00 am on 31 May 2024.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders 'representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 11:30 am on 31 May 2024

(b) Documents will be issued from: Same as 7(c) below
(c) Bids must be delivered to: The Procurement and Disposal unit
