ABRIDGED FRAMEWORK BID NOTICE
PROCUREMENT OF WORKS & SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: ACORD/SRVCS/2025-2027/00002
The Agency for Co-operation and Research in Development Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of services under framework contracts for a period of 3 Financial years as detailed in the table below:
Particulars
• Service and maintenance of motor vehicles
• Service and maintenance of motor cycles
• Car hire, taxi and Transport services
• Service and maintenance of office IT Equipment
• Hotel Services for Workshops and meetings (Accommodation, Meals, Venue. )
• Outside catering services
• Engraving services
• Printing of IEC Materials (Lithographic/Offset Printing Services: Photocopying, Design and Printing of Promotional materials and publications, calendars, diaries, cards, flyers, T-shirts, Banners, Pens, Files, Notebooks and branding services)
• Courier services
• Civil works water works and fabrication works
• Ambulance Services
The Bidding document shall be inspected and issued Via Email: procurement1@acorduganda.org Or: The Procurement Unit,
Agency for Co-operation and Research in Development Uganda
Plot 1272 Block 15 Nsambya-Ggaba Rd Kampala, Uganda (Next to Le Petit
Village Restaurant)
The deadline for bid submission shall be on 1" /8/ 2024 at 05:00pm.
The detailed bid document is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 200,000/=
