INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SPACE (THROUGH RENTING) FOR NIRA OFFICES.
- The Government of Uganda represented by The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition through renting of Office Space in the following Districts.
- NIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of office space in the following districts:

- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am – 5:00 pm (working Day).
- The Bidding documents in English may be obtained from the NIRA Offices indicated in the Submission Address.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on 05th MAY 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 11:30 am on 05th MAY 2025.
