INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES.
- The Government of Uganda represented by The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of requirements listed in the table below.
- NIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (working days).

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated above.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) on or before 07th February 2025 at 11:00 am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security where applicable. Late bids shall be rejected.
