SYSCF LTD is fully registered in Uganda as charitable organization that runs on Christian principles aimed at training the less privileged young people in the fields of Woodworks and machinery, metal fabrication .

Major responsibilities:
• To make quality furniture production assigned by management. Operate machines and care of tools safety.
• Take records of timber used in production. • Innovative in furniture production.
• Keep workshop tidy

Education and Experience:
• A person should have the following qualifications, Carpenter level ii from a recognized institution.
• Trade test certificate would be an added advantage.
• Ordinary level or its equivalent such as UJTC.
• Must have worked with furniture producing company for at least 3 years.
• Must have knowledge and experience in woodwork and machinery.
• Must be able to interpret drawings easily and put hands on without difficulty.
Personal specification: .
• Must be highly self-motivated and willing to learn from others.
• Dedicated good team player and a practicing Christian Ability to speak ateso language will be an added advantage.
• A Driver's license will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate
