JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for someone that can help us oversee our production process, implement systems to scale production, maintain quality and keep our team accountable. The ideal candidate should be comfortable implementing systems from scratch, proactively problem-solving and leading a technical team.
Experience in carpentry is a plus but not mandatory. This is an experience hire (5 years of relevant experience +) and we are also open to international candidates.
