1. Project Accounts Officer

Roles and responsibilities Accountant
• Carry out analysis of payment requests/invoices and reconcile them with expenditure approvals Prepare staff payroll and statutory deductions for remittance to relevant authorities Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements Maintain filling system of payment documents Ensure assets register is updated Prepare monthly expenditure reports
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Country Director.

Qualifications and Experience.
• Bachelors Degree of Commerce, Business Administration or Accounting and Finance
• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in the field of finance and accounting with Non -Governmental Organizations or donor funded projects
• Knowledge in use of Accounting Software Applications (Quick books, Tally 9, Microsoft Excel and Power point
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
