JOB DETAILS:
Reports To: Overseer
Terms of Employment: Renewable Contract
Overall Purpose/Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct daily running of the project, supervise project staff, guide and counsel children, project committees, and parents.
• Guide in planning and budgeting, ensure accountability, implement the partnership agreement, and use personal relationships with Christ to impact children and staff.
• Advocate for the rights and welfare of children and caregivers, monitor, evaluate, and prepare performance reports, among others.

Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Education, or a related field.
• Mature born-again Christian with a strong testimony.
• Skills in project planning and interpersonal relationships.
• HIV/AIDS intervention, counselling, and communication skills.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with child-based organizations.
