JOB DETAILS:
Pentecostal Assemblies of God North Teso Teso Pastorate - Child Development Centres are Faith-Based Organizations rendering holistic Child Development, announce the availability of a Ministry opportunity in the Children's ministry: Project Director

General purpose of the job:
The Project Director is the team leader of the project staff. He/she is expected offer leadership in areas of spiritual development, planning and budgeting, comprehensive healthcare, social and skills development and academic advancements.

Core duties and responsibilities:
• Serves as an advocate project participants;
• Directs the day to day running of the project;
• Assist the overseer in implementing the standards of the partnership agreement;
• Maintains books of accounts and prepare project financial reports;
• Resource mobilization for sustainability and any other roles assigned.
• Formal training in biblical studies, counselling and child development will be an added advantage.

Job Qualification specifications:
• A minimum of a Degree in; Development Studies, Social Work, Education, Child Development and Children's Ministry, Business Administration (Accounts or management option), Social Sciences, Community psychology.
• Aged between 35-40 years.
