JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Executive Manager

Qualification and Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Additional qualifications in project planning, such as PMP or similar, are a plus.

Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction project planning.
• Experience in managing and developing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Proven experience in project planning tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale construction projects with a contract value of $30 million or more.

Job Summary:
The Project Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of construction projects. This includes developing detailed project schedules, defining project scope, resource allocation, budget planning, and tracking project progress. The Project Planning Engineer will work closely with the construction team and the executive management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor the project’s progress, adjust plans as needed, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays.
• Provide necessary technical support for project implementation.
