JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Technical Manager

Qualification and Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in quality control or assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

Experience and Knowledge:
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction quality assurance and control.
• Deep understanding of quality standards, codes, and regulatory requirements in construction.
• Previous experience in managing quality control for large-scale construction projects valued at $30 million or more.

Job Summary:
The Project QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes for the construction project. This includes ensuring that all construction materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with international quality standards. The role requires proactive monitoring, audits, and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues before they impact project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction work and materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify quality issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
