Key Responsibilities
• We are looking for a Projects Quality Controller to manage teams of call center Agents and Call center KPIs.
• Call listening and giving feedback to Agents on how they can improve.
• Ongoing coaching and development of your team
• Taking call escalations and looking out over your team for when an Agent may need help.
Required Experience
• At least 3-year experience working as a contact center representative. 2 years management experience in a contact center environment.
• At least 2 years' experience working with a BPO company is an added advantage.
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
