Responsibilities
A Property Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring real estate properties that align with a company’s investment strategy. They play a crucial role in expanding a company’s property portfolio by sourcing new opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Property Sourcing: Identify potential properties for acquisition through networking, real estate agents, and direct outreach.
• Financial Evaluation: Analyze the financial feasibility of properties, including cost, potential revenue, and return on investment (ROI).
• Negotiation & Due Diligence: Negotiate purchase terms and conduct due diligence, including property inspections, legal checks, and financial assessments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and legal teams.
• Contract & Documentation: Oversee contract drafting, compliance, and closing processes in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Portfolio Management: Ensure that acquired properties align with the company’s strategic goals and optimize asset performance.
