BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN TENDER. PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES.
Johanniter is a German Christian Not for profit non- governmental Organisation with Federal Headquarters (HQ) based in Berlin, Germany. Johanniter International Assistance is the operational unit for humanitarian aid, development co-operation and emergency relief, implementing and supporting projects in Health, Nutrition, WASH as well as Food Security & Income Generation worldwide. (www.thejohanniter.org). In Uganda, Johanniter implements through its partners in West Nile Sub region and Northern region.

Johanniter International Assistance Uganda Mission invites applications from competent Service providers to quote for Hotel services as described in the Tender Dossier.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in Johanniter's procurement guidelines.

The planned procurement schedule subject to change is as follows:-
Bid Notice-through Newspaper 23/10/2023 (8:00 AM) East African time.
Request for Tender Dossier and Clarifications. 23/10/2023-27/10/2023 (8:00 Am-5:00 pm)
Closing date 03/11/2023 (5:00 PM) East African time.
Opening of Offers and Evaluation (Internal Procedure). 06/11/2023 (8:30 Pm) East African time.

Bid Issuance;
Tender Dossiers will be issued upon email request from potential service providers who are interested to participate in the tender process. bidders should send in their requests to the emails mentioned in the address below."

Bid Submission;
All bid submissions shall be submitted through email with subject; REF/HOTEL SERVICES/OCT- NOV/ 2023/003. Provision of Hotel Services. The entire tendering process shall be conducted online.
