REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: PROVISION OF SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR EACOP OFFICES IN UGANDA

East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, an Oil and Gas company, invites experienced and reputable companies or organizations to express their interest to supply and install CCTV camera, Access Control and Intrusion Monitoring Systems in EACOP offices in Uganda.
EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleani, Tanga Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 297 km will be in Uganda.
With the Operations getting in advanced stages, there is now a need to Strengthen and synchronize the Security systems of our offices in various locations.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
The services to be provided shall include the following:
• Supply, installation and maintenance of Security Systems.
• Synchronisation of the Installed Security Systems.
• Testing and quality control
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
• Experience/performance in delivering tasks outlined above for EACOP's multiple Offices in Uganda, in compliance with national and international standards and on at least 5 similar projects in the last 7 years.
• List of current and potential workload
• Key suitably qualified personnel with lead personnel having experience (in installation, maintenance/ Trouble shooting Security system such as CCTV, Access Control Systems and Intrusion Monitoring System).
• Sufficient equipment, logistics and staff resource to deliver the services required with multiple human resources to work simultaneously.
• Audited books of accounts of the previous two financial years.
• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Clearance Certificate for the latest year for Tax and NSSF.
• Proof of current registration to the National Supplier Database with the Patroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU)
• Up to date professional licensing from relevant in- country authorities for the provision of the services.
• Evidence of a QHSE Management system, organization, and process in compliance with applicable Local and Industry standards for similar works.
Companies or organizations that have the ability. capacity, and Companies which have the ability, capacity, and resources to implement the activities listed above should express their interest by sending together with the documents stated in the above section through an email to procurement.ug@eacop.com, (max. email size 20Mb) on or before 16:00 hours East African Time (EAT) on or before 30th Aug 2024. Statements of EOI should be no more than ten (10) to twenty (20) pages long
All Expression of Interests should be submitted in English Language.
Note: The EACOP project will review and assess the documents provided by the interested companies to derive a list of prequalified companies. Only prequalified companies will receive, subject to signature of a Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA), invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
