Additional Job Description from Bank of Uganda's Website:
The Bank of Uganda (BOU) is the central bank of Uganda, responsible for formulating and implementing monetary policy, issuing currency, and maintaining financial stability. As part of its operational efficiency, BOU seeks to engage a qualified service provider for car washing services under a framework contract arrangement.

Scope of Work:

• Provide regular and on-demand car washing services for the Bank's fleet of vehicles.
• Ensure high-quality cleaning using appropriate detergents and equipment that protect vehicle finishes.
• Operate in compliance with environmental regulations regarding water usage and waste disposal.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate the Bank's operational needs.

Requirements for Bidders:

• Must be a registered business with valid licenses to operate car washing services in Uganda.
• Demonstrate experience in providing similar services to corporate or institutional clients.
• Have adequate equipment and trained personnel to deliver efficient services.
• Provide references from previous clients, preferably in the financial or public sector.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Technical capability (30%)
• Experience and past performance (25%)
• Pricing and cost-effectiveness (25%)
• Environmental compliance (20%)
